About Our Designer and Coordinator
Melissa Bryant, along with her family, have enjoyed planning and coordinating weddings and other events as a hobby for family and friends for nearly 30 years. She has over 20 years experience in meeting planning as a profession. When her son got married, Melissa planned and designed the entire event with her son and her soon to be daughter-in-law. After receiving so many compliments, Melissa and her husband, Rodger, decided that it was time to start their own business to help others plan their big day. Thus, Southern Elegance was born and Melissa's dream of having her own floral design, wedding & event planning business started.
